Job Description
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our company s products or services to drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email marketing, and social media.- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present our products or services, and address their questions.- Develop and submit customized proposals to clients, tailored to their specific requirements.- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.Required Skills and Qualifications : - 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively present to clients.- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.- Strong negotiation skills to close deals on favorable terms.- A customer-centric approach to building and maintaining client relationships.- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
