What the Role involves : 1. The position holder will be managing a team of 5-6 individuals. 2. Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients. 3. Accurately plan, forecast and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets from the assigned set of clients. 4. Maximize revenue by up-selling higher value services and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets. 5. Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures. 6. Prompt resolution of complaints. 7. Daily 4-5 in person meetings (F2F) with clients on-site. Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidate : 1. Application of sales techniques. 2.
