Manager - Franchise Acquisition (5-8 Yrs) Mumbai (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Job Title: Franchise Acquisition ManagerPrimary Job Responsibilities:- Franchisee Acquisition & Servicing: Acquire new franchisees while providing excellent service to existing ones.- Lead Generation: Grow the franchise network through events, referrals, data mining, and cold calling.- Market Analysis: Continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market development trends.- Cross-Sell Third-Party Products: Maximize revenue opportunities through cross-selling additional products.- Sales Targets: Acquire a minimum of 2 franchisees per month with an average revenue of - 50k per franchise.- Target Achievement: Ensure revenue generation of at least 1X of the CTC on a month-on-month (MoM) basis.- Experience Required (Minimum 5 years):- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise acquisition, sales, or B2B business development.- Proven experience in negotiating deals, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel extensively to meet potential franchisees.Qualification Required:- Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
