-The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively. Looking for immediate joiners.- Location: Corporate office, 7th Floor, Tower A, Spaze iTech Park, Sohna - Gurgaon Rd, Block S, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018- Shift and working hours: 9-hour shift with roaster offRoles and responsibilities :- Handle customer queries via voice calls and ensure resolution with a professional approach and ensure lead conversion- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in an efficient and friendly manner.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.- Drive sales by promoting GoMechanic s services and products to customers.
-Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.Skills :- Bachelor s degree in relevant field is a must- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or BPO processes is a plus- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.Team HRGoMechanic (ref:updazz.com)
