Roles and Responsibilities :- Claims Follow-Up - Claims Processing - Denial Management- Patient Communication - Documentation and Reporting - Compliance - Customer Service - Should have experience in Denial Management. It is a Voice process and Night shift. The Shift timing will be around 6.30 pm to 3.30 AM.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
