As a fast-growing, enterprise-grade data platform, Boltic empowers organizations to scale and streamline data operations effectively.What will you do at Fynd?- Develop and execute digital growth strategies for Boltic- Develop, collaborate, and execute with SEO, SEM, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to meet business goals.- Work with broader growth team to design, execute, and optimize campaigns to ensure positive ROI- Track and attribute growth channels with the outcomes by building dashboards and reports of across-the-funnel activities.- Build a deep understanding of data interpretation and visualization to take day-to-day growth decisions.- Stay on top of changing trends (including new AI tools) and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict user behavior.- Work closely with the product and tech teams to implement strategies and actions to improve funnel performance.- Pick, evaluate, and use the right tools and platforms to work with and optimize product growth effortsSome specific requirements :- 2-6 of demonstrated success in growth marketing, including performance marketing and/or content marketing and/or organic growth (SEO) with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions.- Must have a background in mature consumer internet startups; workflow automation or data ops background preferred.- A fast learner with a strong inclination towards exploring new tools and AI trends is a must.- Proficiency in Excel, Automation, Workflows, and MarTech tools is a strong plus.- Proficiency in SQL and Google BQ is great to have but not a must.
