- Responsible for selling and marketing Babyhug products to pharmacies, medical shops, and hospitals.- Ensure the required number of daily calls to prospective customers.- Generate new leads for the company by creating a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling.- Responsible for collections related to the sales made.- Engage prospective clients through calls, texts, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements and appropriately set up meetings.- Achieve sales targets within the assigned area.- Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational standards.- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company s customer base.- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.- Manage New Product Launches, Distribution, and Visibility.- Plan and execute Sales Promotion activities and Worksite activities to enhance product visibility.- Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales.- Conduct hospital visits (Pediatric/Gynecology) to manage the distribution of FC boxes.- Collect and maintain records of box distribution.- Maintain positive relations with nursing and hospital staff to ensure hassle-free distribution.- Report directly to the Regional Manager (RM).
