What you will do:1. Diverse Exposure: As a Paid Marketing Associate, you will manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, gaining hands-on experience with all aspects of paid advertising.2. Analytics & Tracking: Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and reports to improve results.3. Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to execute and launch marketing campaigns.4. A/B Testing: You ll analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and utilize insights to continuously optimize and improve campaign outcomes.5. Budget Management: Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively to drive performance, with a focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing cost-per-lead (CPL).6.
