Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve predetermined targets effectively from lead generation to lead closure.- Foster and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners in the region, augmenting channel partner penetration for Ecommerce purposes.- Conduct training sessions for channel partners, emphasizing the cost-benefit analysis associated with engaging in Ecommerce logistics business.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities within the industry.- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to synchronize sales strategies with overarching business objectives.- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients in the region to enhance business retention and growth.- Identify potential clusters and avenues for the expansion of B2C customer base.- Grasp client needs and challenges comprehensively, presenting tailored solutions aligned with industry offerings.- Conduct regular client meetings in collaboration with channel partners to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any arising issues.- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, encompassing prospecting, contract negotiation, and successful closure.- Work closely with the operations and channel partners team to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations.- Monitor and generate reports on sales performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the designated region to fuel company growth.- Collaborate with marketing teams to actively promote company services and generate quality leads.- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize and enhance sales strategies.- Coordinate with the Commercial team to ensure timely collections, maintaining financial stability and business continuity.- Extend guidance and assistance to internal teams fostering synergy and holistic growth across the organization.- Drive targeted strategies for upselling and cross-selling ecommerce products, leveraging client insights to create tailored offerings that maximize value.Qualification: MBAAge Criteria: 32yrs (ref:updazz.com)
