Required Telecaller - Mumbai

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote products or services and generate sales leads. You will manage customer inquiries and maintain detailed records of conversations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a persuasive, confident approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints over the phone.

Update customer information and maintain records of telephonic interactions.

Generate and qualify sales leads.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
