About the Role/Current Opening: We are looking for an experienced person who would be responsible for managing the company 's marketing initiatives for the assigned territory or state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing tours for approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month within the designated state. During non-tour days, the candidate will report to our offices located in Jalandhar. Local candidate/residing within 100km areas of Jalandhar will be preferred. Prior knowledge of dealer-distribution channel, contractors (MEP), architects and Government Department handling is must. Key Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Marketing Tours: Conduct marketing tours within the assigned territory for 2-3 weeks per month (appx.) and build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company s footprint.
• Office Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Jalandhar office on non-tour days for planning, strategy meetings, and reporting. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with company goals.
• Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting all verticals in area market
• Prepare cost estimates & Tender
• Develop bid strategy, propose solution, in coordination with project team
• Follow up with customers to close the sales and payments follow ups
• Handle enquiries and resolve queries of the customer on various aspects of the project, give complete project information regarding the payment schedules, post booking formalities, etc.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or B.com/BBA (Commerce)or MBA(Marketing/Finance) or an equivalent qualification Requisite Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years to 5 years relevant experience in marketing in Engineer/ Manufacturing / Valve industries
• Experience with B2B Sales, marketing and business development
• A self-starter with effective project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

Desired Skills:

• Ability to handle Marketing Sales Activity independently in industries and new projects.
• Tech savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player
• Highly proficient in MS Office & vendor development.
• Having planning experience of valve industry as well.
