Gainwell Technologies is looking for an Anaplan Consultant to join our team. We are looking for a team player who enjoys brainstorming solutions.
We are looking for someone who is a self:starter and encourage learning best practices for future development. This role comes with the opportunity to absorb knowledge and grow as a Anaplan SME. This role will report to our Enterprise Applications Team and will work closely with the finance and delivery team for project priority.

Essential Job Functions
:Design, build, and test Anaplan solutions
:Deliver solution training to various end user groups
:Lead and assist in translating business processes into solutions
:Contribute to project documentation
:Perform root cause analysis on issues
:Assist in prioritization of enhancement and defect resolution
:Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
:End User Testing and Development of End User Testing Scenarios
Basic Qualifications
:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related field
:5 years of experience in Consulting or Business Planning (Finance/FP and A, Supply Chain, or Sales Ops)
:3 years of experience with Anaplan model building
:Minimum 2 end to end Anaplan implementations
:Strong analytical and problem:solving skills
:Eagerness to learn, be mentored, and demonstrate high levels of initiative in a team:oriented environment
:Strong written and verbal communication skills
:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Other Qualifications
:Problem solving skills to identify, analyze and assist in solving business application problems in an ERP environment
:Presentation skills to present to management and customers
:Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with business problems
:Ability to communicate technical and business matters clearly in lay terms for comprehension by multiple audiences
:Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
:Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Work Environment
:Remote/ Hybrid environment
:Will require late evening work hours to partially overlap US work schedule. (2 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST)
