What You ll Be Doing
SEO Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously improve our SEO strategy to increase organic visibility.
Optimization: Drive improvements to our websites rankings by optimizing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO elements.
Collaboration: Work closely with our content, development, and product teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.
Management: Oversee and manage a team of SEO professionals, freelancers, and external agencies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all SEO-related efforts meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Analysis: Create detailed SEO reports and analyses to inform strategies and measure performance.

About You
You hold a degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a related field or have equivalent professional experience.
You bring hands-on experience in SEO strategy and execution, with a proven track record of driving results.
You re proficient with tools like As, SEMrush, or SISTRIX and have excellent technical SEO skills.
You have familiarity with CMS platforms (such as WordPress) and basic coding languages like PHP, HTML, or JavaScript.
Experience in agile project management (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA is a plus.
You have a user-focused mindset and are passionate about enhancing B2C online experiences.
You re empathetic, pragmatic, assertive, and thrive in collaborative, remote team environments.
Prior experience with e-commerce or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
