Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team at Maruti Suzuki NEXA in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Sales Support: Assist in generating new business by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about competitors and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Customer Engagement: Organize events and promotions to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment
