Job Description
Key responsibilities :1. Work on being accountable for the acquisition of corporate clients2. Work on identifying customer/client needs and assessing their risk3. Work on providing Insurance Planning advice to new clients4. Work on active interaction with clients and advising them on their insurance portfolio and acting as an interface between POS (point of sales) and clients5. Work on achieving monthly targets as assigned by the organization6. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required7. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance products or renew existing ones8. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.9. Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable insurance plans10. Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper solution11. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reportsSkills :1. Sales and client service skills2. Extrovert and passionate about meeting people3. Negotiation and decision-making skills4. Communication skills and a confident disposition when dealing with people, often in difficult circumstances5. Organizational and time management skills6. Initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations (ref:updazz.com)
