Telecaller (0-3 Yrs) Any Location (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support needs.- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales.- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details and call records.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales.- Address customer questions or concerns in a polite and professional manner.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer outreach.- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any issues.- Adhere to company policies and scripts during calls while maintaining a personalized approach.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Excellent communication skills in [Language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages). -Strong listening and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.- Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
