Job Description:Position Title: Immigration Sales Executive - W2 SalesExperience: 0 - 3 yearsLocation: Alkapuri Vadodara, Gujarat.Shift: US Shift (7 PM - 4 AM / 8 PM - 5 AM IST).Schedule: 5 Days Working (Work from Office).Responsibilities- Place IT candidates available on Bench with Prime Vendors / Clients.- Develop and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors and candidates through phone calls, emails, and networking events.- Work with Prime Vendors on their requirements and submit candidates who match those requirements.- Negotiate rates and contract terms with candidates and clients.- Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback from clients.- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.- Knowledge of Visa classification terms, rules, and policies.- Knowledge of Employment type W2, Corp to Corp.- Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Career Builder and Social Media Platforms.- Must be prompt in responding on Time to consultants, vendors and clients.Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Essential Technical Skills Required:- Bench Sales Recruitment, MS Word knowledge, Email Drafting, Professional Chatting, - Good Communication skill.
