Lead Creative Development- Oversee the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring that all visual campaigns are compelling, innovative, and aligned with client objectives.- Set the creative direction for projects, guiding the team in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.2. Collaboration- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement and meet business objectives.- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that creative initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and timelines..3. Mentorship and Team Management:- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and creatives, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the organization.- Establish a constructive feedback loop, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and creative experimentation.4.
