Job Description: Key Account ExecutiveJob Brief:We are seeking a Key Account Executive to nurture and enhance long-term relationships with our valued customers. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, driving revenue growth, and providing comprehensive support to ensure client satisfaction. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and actively pursuing sales opportunities.Responsibilities:- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth from existing accounts through strategic account management and proactive sales initiatives.- Support Sell Through: Assist in promoting the sell-through of stocks sold to accounts, ensuring optimal product movement and inventory management.- Financial Management: Maintain ledger and profit and loss (P&L) statements for each account, overseeing reconciliation of stocks, payments, debit notes, and credit notes.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, accounts, logistics, product, and customer support teams to address customer queries and ensure seamless operations.- Client Communication: Conduct daily/weekly calls with existing accounts to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain rapport.
