Job Description

This profile is for a 3W service General Manager, with all responsibilities related to the service center falling under their purview. They must have knowledge of CDMS software and some general computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Manage daily operations of the 3W service department, including scheduling appointments, assigning technicians to repair jobs, and monitoring workflow.&

Oversee parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering of necessary components.&

Monitor repair quality and ensure adherence to manufacturer specifications.&

Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for 3W vehicles.&

Customer Service:

Interact directly with customers to understand their service needs, provide accurate repair estimates, and address concerns.&

Ensure timely completion of repairs and timely communication with customers regarding their vehicle status.&

Manage customer feedback and address complaints effectively.&

Staff Management:

Recruit, hire, and train qualified 3W service technicians.&

Supervise and evaluate technician performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.&

Manage staff scheduling to optimize service capacity.&

Financial Oversight:

Develop and manage the service department budget, including labor costs, parts inventory, and operational expenses.&

Monitor service revenue and identify opportunities for improvement&

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards within the service department.&

Maintain proper documentation and records of repairs and maintenance activities.&

Implement quality control measures to guarantee high-quality service delivery.&
