ERP Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities
:
Assess business requirements and provide development estimates.

Translate user requirements to user stories and technical task.
:
Work closely with BA and QA teams to deliver fit for purpose technical solutions.
:
Deliver quality code changes according to timescales provided.
:
Provide regular updates regarding development progress.
:
Mentor L2 resources to support systems and maintain continuity of service.
:
Participate in support rota to manage escalations from L2 teams
:
Provide overnight support to ensure system stability and availability.
:
Maintain an awareness of and comply with all Anti Money Laundering laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to ICBCS (Ensure adherence to all group standards and policies).
:
Be fully supportive to other members within the team.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience

A degree

Experience of working in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services

Understanding of the PRA/FCA rules and regulations or equivalent
