Job Title and Overview
Job Title: Training & Development Manager
Reporting to: HR Head / GM-HR
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience: 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automobile or retail industry.
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support the company s strategic goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and address specific skill gaps within various teams.
Implementation of Training Sessions: Conduct or coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for all levels of staff, focusing on technical, customer service, and sales skills.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to ensure training objectives are met.
Employee Development: Identify high-potential employees for development programs, fostering career growth and succession planning.
Compliance Training: Ensure all employees are trained on mandatory compliance standards, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific protocols.
Coordination with Department Heads: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, employee progress, and prepare regular reports on training outcomes for senior management.
