Hiring HR Counselor / Sales

o Design and Implement overall recruiting strategy.
o Counselling, add posting, Flyer, Videos Making & posting for training programs
o Screening the candidates and identify the training needs
o Convince and take regular follow up with the candidates
o Generate leads
o Maintain database and trackers
o Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
o Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare JD for training & internship programs and post it on daily basis.
o Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
o Coordinate with trainers & candidates for batch management & fees .
o Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
o Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
o Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience
o On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
KPA 5 Candidates must be joined in a month for training programs.
Promote and Sell HR Services, recruitment solutions, or training programs.
Identify potential clients and develop business opportunities.
Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients or candidates
Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful enrolments or services signs-up.
Maintain a database of clients and candidates and follow up regularly to nature relationship.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
