Client Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
Understand clients ' needs and objectives to effectively address their requirements.
2. Account Management:
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
3. Communication:
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status, new products, and relevant industry news.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
4. Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns raised by clients.
Work with cross-functional teams to address challenges and deliver solutions effectively.
5. Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors ' activities.
Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
