Business Development Executive - Telecalling

- Perform cold calling to B2B sales channel partners and converting leads into sales.
-Handle incoming queries from company website and other digital media platforms
-Collect and analyse customer feedback, preferences, and complaints
-Maintain accurate and timely End-of-Day (EOD) reports of sales data
-Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets
-Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Update with product and service, market trends.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO/KPO/Tele calling
- Exposure to the Pharma/Foods/FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one additional language.
- Possess good soft skills and a courteous demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Candidates with exposure in the BPO industry with cold calling experience preferred.
