Observe and assist with the use of food production machinery and technology. Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your knowledge of food production techniques and safety standards. Contribute to the efficient running of the department by ensuring production schedules and timelines are met. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and monitoring ingredient stocks to ensure smooth production operations.
