Job Description
Position - Techno Marketing ExecutiveLocation- Marol, MumbaiQualification : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience- 3 - 5 yearsCTC- 25-35 KKey Responsibilities:-- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize cement trading revenue and achieve company targets- Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team sales goals- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionStay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate changes and adjust sales strategies accordinglyPrepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our cement trading services- Collaborate closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products- Monitor competitors activities and market developments to identify potential threats or opportunities- Follow up of overdue outstanding with team member and customers- Monitoring of quarterly reconciliation of salesKey Skills required:-- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets- Deep understanding of the building materials industry, including knowledge of cement specifications and trading regulations- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environmentShare resume or 8260092370 (ref:updazz.com)
