Counter Sales Assistant

We are looking for Counter sales assistant with exceptional knowledge in kitchenware products , good communication and regional languages. Male candidates are preferred. Experience of minimum 1 year in retail sales is preferable Freshers can also apply Responsibilities: Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous manner.
