Why we need this role:
As a Billings and Collections Analyst you will be required to ensure timely payments and support client relationships. Overall, your duties will include reviewing accounts and credit risk, payments, collection of overdue payments and maintain signed documents.?
What you will do:
- Extensive experience in telecom billing operations, process improvement initiatives, and a solidunderstanding of Telecom BSS systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong data analysis skills.
- Hands:on experience in managing telecom billing processes such as reconciliation, tariff management,customer invoicing, suspense analysis, and billing assurance.
- Familiarity with SQL is desirable.
- Proven ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
