Field Collecting Possibilities for New Graduates Job Description Responsibilities Keep an eye on accounts to find any unpaid debts. Examine past information for every bill or loan. Locate and get in touch with customers to enquire about past-due payments. Take steps to promote on-time debt repayment. Handle refunds and payments. Address problems with client credit and billing. Update your collection efforts and account status records. Report on the state of accounts receivable and collection efforts.
