Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage ICU patients under the guidance of senior consultants.
Conduct timely assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of critical care patients.
Perform emergency procedures as per ICU protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate with the nursing team.
Assist in mechanical ventilation management, intubation, and resuscitation procedures.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety norms.
Skills & Requirements:
Clinical expertise in ICU/Critical Care management.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick decisions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
