Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will receive training and guidance to develop your sales skills and contribute to the company 's growth. Your role will involve generating leads, building customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Could you identify potential customers and generate leads through market research?
Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Support senior sales executives in closing deals and meeting targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies.
Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Bachelor 's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
