Business Core Solutions (BCS) is a globally recognized CloudTech organization headquartered in the Netherlands with presence in India, Europe, the US, UK and Australia. He champions the cause for giving opportunities to learn and work for youngsters hailing from social, or financially set back backgrounds. Of the 300+ employees in the organization over 180 employees are youngsters who are first time graduates, with a paltry family income or raised by single parents or the differently abled including those who are hard of hearing. Through its Training Academy, BCS conducts a three-month paid training program, equipping college graduates from disadvantaged backgrounds with the skills needed to build successful IT careers.
