Executive - Business Development - IT (1-3 Yrs) Calicut (IT Sales)

Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team handling end-to-end sales process, starting from lead qualification to presales, closure and relationship management.- Develop and execute BD strategy and plans.- Position services and products to customers. Maintain a healthy lead to opportunity conversion rates.- Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop sales pitch and proposal preparation.- Maintain healthy sales closure rates. Negotiate, persuade, and close deals in the shortest possible time frame.- Maintain UpToDate data and reports on sales pipeline and closures.- Maintain a healthy and adequate pipeline for closures.- Consistently meet sales targets with healthy margins- Guide, mentor and lead the sales team.- Actively participate and contribute to organizational business and marketing strategy.Skills Required:- 1 years of sales experience in an IT product/services organization.
