Required Telesales Executive - Bangalore

& Job Responsibilities:
& Promote and sell Star Health insurance products to prospective customers via telephonic communication.
& Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
& Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
& Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
& Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
& Ensure proper follow-up with customers to close sales.

Qualifications:
& Experience:
& Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or telecalling.
& Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude are welcome.
& Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
& Skills:
& Must have good communication skills in English.&

& Additional language proficiency as required per location (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi).
& Sales-driven with a customer-centric attitude.&

& Preferred Profile:
& Candidates with prior experience in telesales or telecalling will be given preference.
& Candidates must not be currently pursuing any education.&

& Salary Details:
& Up to 4 LPA (for experienced candidates)
