Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead the integration of Legitquest s solutions into client workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal use of AI-powered legal technology.2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively reaching out to gauge satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage user and stakeholder engagement.3. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends that include customer satisfaction, health scores, and success metrics like adoption rates and NPS. Use these insights to recommend improvements and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, prevent churn, and ensure a high ROI.4. Drive client retention by consistently demonstrating and verifying that clients achieve a measurable return on investment (ROI) from Legitquest products, thereby reinforcing the value and efficacy of the solutions provided and minimizing churn to foster long-term partnerships.5. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by understanding customer needs and suggesting additional products or features that provide value.6. Encourage client engagement and advocacy, transforming satisfied users into advocates within their organizations, ensuring readiness for renewal and expansion opportunities.Job Specifications 1. Experienced professionals with a background in Enterprise SaaS, and direct experience managing large-scale technology projects.2. Individuals with excellent communication and strategic planning skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.3. Results-driven candidates who are able to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks and demanding customers seamlessly4.
