Purchase Engineer - Robotics Systems

Overview: We are looking for a & Purchase Engineer & with an electrical/electronics background to manage procurement activities for the projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, components, and equipment necessary for& firefighting & and& robotics systems . Experience in purchasing electrical/electronic components, as well as knowledge of supply chain processes, is essential. Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase electrical, electronic, and mechanical components required for projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with project engineers and teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues related to procurement or product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally for electrical or electronic components.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of the supply chain process.
• Ability to read technical specifications and understand engineering requirements.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement management software is a plus.
