Role Overview:
The Operations Executive will play a key role in managing and overseeing the background verification processes. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure efficient and accurate completion of verification tasks. Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the background verification industry.
• Strong understanding of verification processes and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong time-management abilities.
