Required Purchase Executive, Vadodara

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing and procuring electronic components, raw materials, and other essential items required for production. The role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, ensuring quality compliance, and timely delivery to maintain smooth operations in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Procurement: Source and purchase electronic components and other required materials as per company needs.
Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors to optimize cost savings.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and avoid shortages.
Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality and regulatory standards.
Order Processing: Raise purchase orders (POs), track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, new product developments, and alternative suppliers.
Documentation: Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
Coordination: Work closely with the production, finance, and logistics teams for smooth procurement operations.

Bachelor 's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Electronics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics industry.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier evaluation techniques.
