Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic& Business Analyst& to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Document and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new IT initiatives.
• Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and reports to support decision-making.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure solutions align with business goals.
