Required Sales Agent - Chennai

Job Summary: As a Sales Agent at All Canada Van Lines, you will play a key role in driving revenue by converting leads into booked moves. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately assessing client needs, and offering tailored moving solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Handle inbound and outbound leads from various sources, including CRM and online platforms.

Follow up on assigned leads promptly to maintain a high conversion rate.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.

Client Consultations:

Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Guide clients through the moving process, ensuring transparency about services, timelines, and costs.

Utilize video surveys or in-person consultations to assess moving inventory and provide precise quotes.

Sales Execution:

Present and promote company services and unique selling propositions (USPs) effectively.

Provide accurate pricing and estimates based on client needs and company policies.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and other details to close sales while adhering to company standards.

Achieve individual and team sales targets as outlined by the Team Leader.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a seamless customer journey from the initial contact through to the booking.

Address client concerns and objections professionally and offer viable solutions.

Follow up post-sale to confirm customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.

Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

Support team initiatives, including sales drives, incentive programs, and new CRM adoption.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.

Preferred:

Experience in conducting video surveys or virtual consultations.

Familiarity with All Canada Van Lines ' services and market positioning.

Ability to speak multiple languages (an asset in catering to diverse clientele).Key&
