Resort Sales Executive / Asst. Manager:
Requirement:
Candidate should be self motivated, well groomed and presentable person
Candidate should be Proficient in English and one or more regional language
Candidate should be a Fast learner and have passion for sales
Candidate should have more than three years experience in field sales
(especially corporate), preference will be given for Hotel / Resort sales
Graduate from any stream are welcome
Job Description:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and
other medium
Set up meetings with potential clients and addressing their requirements
Regular follow ups with clients for any upcoming program / events
Negotiate/close deals and handle queries
Being present at venue during site visits of corporate
Following complete sales cycle of leads and collection feedback
Daily sales report
Ensuring repeat clients
Collecting market information and being updated with the competitors
Other details:
o Salary range .35,000/- onwards depending on candidate and relevant
experience plus target based incentives
o Fuel Conveyance will be provided along with company sim card
o Six working days in a week
o Standard benefits will be offered as per company policy like ESI, PF etc.
