Job Description The Bancassurance Officer works with bank employees to increase sales by promoting life insurance options to clients and selling insurance products through bank branches.Roles and Responsibilities: - Engage and nature the relationship with channel partners to drive business targets- Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and improving market share in the channel- Review the team s progress against the plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers- Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management processes- Ensure quality and persistence of the business.Experience and Qualifications: - A graduate degree is necessary.
-At least 2 years of marketing or sales experience in Banking or insurance.
-Must have spent 3 years or more as a native or local resident.
-Basic knowledge of how banks and insurance companies operate.
