Responsibilities and Duties:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of split and window AC units at customer locations.

- Diagnose and address cooling issues efficiently and effectively.

- Handle service calls pertaining to AC installation and cooling system issues.

- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within set timelines.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC Technician or Helper Technician.

- Strong knowledge of split and window AC units.

- Ability to diagnose and repair cooling issues.

- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to AC repair and maintenance.

- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
