Customer Engagement Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join us as a Customer Engagement Associate on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for freshers or outgoing individuals who love to smile, talk, and interact with people. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers/clients with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Engage in light conversations to create a welcoming environment.
• Provide basic information about our services/products.
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout the shift.

Requirements: No prior experience needed freshers are welcome!
A friendly and outgoing personality. Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred). Ability to engage with people comfortably. Punctuality and reliability. Work Schedule:

• 8 days per month (Saturday and Sunday)
• 10-hour shifts per day (12 pm to 10 pm)
• Location: Bandra BKC, Mumbai
