Job Description
Job Title: Accountant and USA Calling Representative Location: Sainikpuri, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant and USA Calling Representative to handle financial transactions, prepare reports, and provide customer support for our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills , excellent communication abilities , and prior experience in customer service or telecalling. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
USA Calling Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in the USA.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Work efficiently within the CST time zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor 's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in accounting and/or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in USA business hours (CST time zone).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications :& (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience in a USA-based process or international calling.&
  • Prior experience handling accounts payable/receivable for US clients.&
