Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Assist in identifying potential customers through research and outreach.
Use various channels, including cold calling and emailing, to generate leads for the sales team.
Prospecting:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted prospect lists.
Customer Outreach:
Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our products/services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Sales Support:
Work closely with sales representatives to provide administrative support.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
