Job Description

& Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Market research: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and competitors
2. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities and go closely with executing the same in social media and ads
3. Lead generation: Assist in identifying and generating leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and partnerships for brands to create
4. Partnership development: Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, influencers, and organizations in the wellness industry
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns
6. Ideation and creativity: Participate in the design and content with the implementation strategy
7. Data analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify patterns and insights
8. Provide recommendations for improving sales strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement
9. Project coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute business development initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns
10. Monitor project timelines, track progress, and report
11. Administrative support: Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing travel arrangements

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or recently graduated) 2. Strong interest in the fashion industry 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 5. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus 7. Work on design and content from AI and Canva whenever needed
