Job Summary:
The construction supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects, Ensuring timely completion, and Maintaining quality and safety standards. This role involves supervising construction teams, Coordinating with subcontractors, and Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure project execution as per approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for project management.
- Manage resources, materials, and workforce allocation
- Communication, Time management, Product knowledge, Active listening, Problem-solving, Prospecting, and Adaptability.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in construction management tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of structural designs, material properties, and site regulations.
