Job Description:
Shri Naksha Ghar is seeking motivated individuals to join our telesales team. As a sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone, building lasting relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Introduce and explain our products and services to prospects.
3. Answer questions about products or the company.
4. Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by highlighting their features and benefits.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer queries, and obtain feedback.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the company database.
7. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to persuade and influence others.
4. Good negotiation skills.
5. Patience and resilience.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
